This is a small, one-man design firm, but I hope that I make up for my firm's size by excelling in creativity, commitment to customer service, and attention to detail. Gone are the days (were they ever here?) when you could rely on your neighbor's kid or your Uncle Lou to design your site. Your organization needs a firm with experience and vision. You need a perfectionist. You need me.
You're hiring me personally. You will not have to deal with salespeople, project managers, secretaries or annoying menu-driven answering services. I personally conduct all site surveys & interviews necessary for a project, and communication with me is easy via email, chat, phone, or VTC.
I hand-craft each site design to meet your organization's needs, and I'm extremely meticulous. You won't receive a canned, template-based site: you'll get an online solution that addresses your online goals and exceeds your expectations. Just ask any one of my clients.
Like I said, affordable is not the same as cheap. I urge you to get some quotes from competing designers before you decide to work with me, and then I challenge you to name one of them with my skill set, passion for web standards, and commitment to service for a comparable price. Find out what I'd charge by submitting a Request for Proposal so you can do an apples-to-apples comparison.
I create sites that are standards-based and I'm positively passionate about delivering the most compatible, accessible, search-engine friendly sites that can be designed. I target the greatest range of browsers and operating systems, and still focus on being forward-compatible for newer technology.
To put it simply, I stand behind my services 100%. If you have paid a deposit, but have not approved the proposed layout, you may request a full refund (less any payment processing fees). If you have approved the layout, but are not completely satisfied with the appearance and/or functionality of your site, I will continue to work on it (at no additional cost) until it meets or exceeds your expectations.
